Regular Inspections – We will perform regular inspections of your property and assets to minimise the chance of expensive urgent repairs. We offer secure key holding and our inspections include, security checks on locks, doors and windows. Watering of terrace, garden box and indoor plants. Check gas, water and electric supply, turn these off on departure and back on for arrival. Let the taps run to avoid smelly pipes and flush toilets. Regular airing by opening doors and windows. Revise mail to avoid missing important notifications. In general, check the property and report any damages such as leaks, humidity etc.
Preventive maintenance – is an important part of facilities management.
The goal of a successful preventive maintenance program is to establish consistent practices designed to improve the safety and reliability of your property. In practice, a preventive maintenance schedule may include things such as cleaning, repairs, gardening, inspecting electrical appliances and scheduled maintenance of major appliances, for example air-conditioning machines.
Switching to preventive maintenance saves you time and money while extending the life of your home.
Corrective maintenance – Corrective maintenance occurs after the failure of an appliance or after an unfortunate event such as a flood or a fire. A standard procedure always follows any incident which includes: Assessing the situation, dealing with insurance companies if necessary, arranging quotations for repairs, supervising the repair work or replacement of damaged items and finally quality checking the end result.

Corrective maintenance major difference with preventive approaches is the timing of a repair. With corrective maintenance, repairs are only done after a (major) problem has occurred. The steps of corrective maintenance are, following failure, diagnosis – elimination of the part, causing the failure – ordering the replacement – replacement of the part – test of function and finally the continuation of use. Including : Carpentry work – Electrician – Plumbers – Painting work – Television/satellite engineers.
By switching to preventative maintenance, you will save time and money, while extending the life of your home.
